Northwood Oaks

 

Northwood is a collection of graduate and undergraduate student communities on the University of Michigan's North Campus that have been need of redevelopment for the past few decades. The university's growing North Campus community is in need of more diverse housing, recreational space, and proximate grocery & retail. Northwood Oaks is a redevelopment plan that proposes a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational uses that will provide both a better quality of life and a more compelling reason to stick around North Campus for students, faculty, and staff.
