Created through a partnership with Detroit-based organizations Building Community Value and Doing Development Differently in Metro Detroit. On the top, you'll find a full report of the research behind the MEDD Scorecard, an equity metric that is currently being applied to a community-driven real estate development in Corktown, Detroit. On the bottom, you'll find the scorecard itself. These products have been designed as tools for community organizing around equity in real estate development in Detroit.
